We design all three applications with customer and provider journeys in mind, aiming to cover their needs and use cases as thoroughly as possible. Even with this care, disagreements can arise between people using our platforms.
Our role is to help people connect. Customers and providers remain responsible for their own agreements, commitments, and conduct. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Anannas Group is not responsible for disputes between customers and providers arising through Fixit, My-Seria, or Freelancer. This statement does not exclude any rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law.
